On Trip.com it is classified as 5 diamonds level, on google it’s 4 stars hotel, but…..
Very old building with careless maintenance. Everything looks old and rusted. It’s more like staying in a 2 star hotel. The room was dirty floor covered with dust. Smell very bad and old when opened the door. Double room but only one bedside table and no lamp, I called receptionist and they only sent one, and refused to send another bedside table and another lamp. Water pressure was not strong enough. Dirty floor but they don’t provide slippers, and no toothbrush. Only small amount of shampoo and shower gel for 2 people. Elevators were only 2 for 38 floors, up to 500 guests. (The other two were only run for certain floors)
Breakfast was ok, only offered instant coffee, not grind coffee.
If you’re looking for something comfortable and at least slightly luxurious feeling, don’t come, but if you’re looking for an ocean view room with affordable price, and don’t care about dusty floors and rusted old broken amenities, then you might enjoy the stay. By the way, the Wifi was totally useless. Super slow and poor connection, buy your own eSIM if you’re deciding to stay here. And TV was another rubbish, it was small and totally useless.

The first room did not have hot water so I took cold shower at night. The technician could not fix the issue so I was moved to another room but it was not without a drama. There was some hair on the floor,, air con was not working, the safe deposit box was not working.
About midnight I was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite on level 2, overlooking the pool.
Breakfast buffet was so so. Enough to feed the tummy but nothing to remember.
Location is excellent, beach in front, 1-2 min walk to lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, 7-11, Tops, street vendors, laundry, ATM, etc,
Big gym with many free weights and equipment but short opening hours - 7 am to 8am only.

The best thing about this place is this location and the beaches nearby on the other hand the hygiene is just so so but I kind of lower my expectation when seeing the previous reviews. overall it’s an OK place to stay if you’re not too picky and if you do not have expectations for a five star

Recommended to stay here! Staff upgrade our room from Superior to Deluxe for free. A stunning view from balcony, Staffs are so impressive and very kind. Hotel now under renovation, so you can ask for a newly renovated room (but i don't know)

I wish I found this hotel earlier! If you get ocean view it’s absolutely incredible, but you also can’t be disappointed with the city side especially if you’re on a high floor (you can see all the city lights).
The room was small but perfect, I had a large patio/a bath/AC/sink/fridge: you don’t need much else as a solo traveller.
Ladies and gentlemen I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
Also don’t forget the check the incredible pool are and the DIB rooftop bar!
